At La Casa del Suizo we understand the need for safety when it comes to your health as well as your investment in future travel plans.

We understand that there are other considerations for booking travel with confidence in our current uncertain world. Therefore, La Casa del Suizo has implement the following to our reservation policies in order to protect your investment.

  • 30% DEPOSIT is required to book a reservation, and full program payment is due 8 days before arrival date.
  • In case of unforeseen events, health issues, or calamities, we request documented justification for date changes or cancellations.
  • There are NO FEES for changing the dates of existing reservations.
  • There are NO CANCELLATION FEES at any time before your travel date.

  • All rooms are cleaned daily and disinfected between guests.

Our Lodge Team

  • All staff receives ongoing training in enhanced team member safety and well-being.
  • La Casa del Suizo will follow the protocols from the Ministry of Health when it is necessary.
